Genetic Analysis of Colombian Sweetpotatoes Using a Genotyping Strategy based on Sequencing

A total of 438 genotypes were genotyped using a genotyping strategy based on sequencing to discover SNP markers for genetic analysis. These genotypes included 63 from the Colombian Plant GenBank (CPGB) and 375 from the Colombian Sweetpotato Working Collection (SPWC) of the Corporacion Colombiana de Investigacion Agropecuaria (AGROSAVIA).
