资源简介:
These are data from eye tracking performed with the Tobi eye tracker. The data uploaded to the repository comes only from those people who have given full consent to the processing of their personal data. The remaining data can only be made available on site, for inspection by the author of the research. The experiment will be described in a publication. Abstract of the article:If one image means more than a thousand words, how do we describe the benefit of using the image that surrounds the observer on all sides? The combination of the eye tracker and VR goggles opened up new perspectives for scientists dealing with perception. The new tool made it necessary to gradually answer all doubts, especially about research on three-dimensional objects presented as flat images. The article presents new results of eye-tracking tests based on spherical stimuli concerning the previously diagnosed phenomenon of the so-called longitudinal church. Old registrations were conducted with a stationary eye tracker and images shown on a screen. Both experiments were based on three examples. The only element that changed between them was the length of the nave of the presented interiors. Theoretical example allowed to look at single changes in cognitive parameters, but most informative was whether the process of leading the eyesight between the presented stimuli in both cases changed in the same way. Inquiry fills a significant methodological gap. The comparison showed, that the results of a well-conducted experiment based on flat images should be confirmed during tests in VR. Some cognitive aspects remained almost unchanged in 2D and 3D registrations. The text describes how 2D stimulus and passive perception, influenced the data.Equipment used: HTC Vive, Tobi Pro Integration (VR head set with eye tracker), steamVR Base Station 2.0 Units, Samsung Gear 360Software: Tobi Pro Lab 360VR
