资源简介:
The Munage grape cultivar produces uniquely favored high-quality fruit. Despite the many excellent traits of the Munage grape, there are few genetic resources available for this cultivar. To address this, here we have whole-genome re-sequenced the Munage cultivar and made comparisons to the Vitis vinifera reference genome. We describe more than 3 million single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), more than 300,000 insertions and deletions (InDels), and more than 14,000 structural variations (SVs) in the Munake grape genome relative to that of V. vinifera. We also describe more than 80,000 simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers (one SSR per 4.23 kb of the Munake grape genome). Of these, 14 SSR pairs were randomly selected and validated by PCR; all 14 tested SSR pairs could discriminate between Munage grape genotypes to construct genetic linkage maps. The genetic data provided here will allow a deeper understanding of the Munage grape genome and contribute to efforts to dissect the genetic basis of key traits in Munage grape.
