包装瓦楞纸板厚度根据设计的厚度允许偏差等来进行测定，确保与设计规定的标准相符合，判定是否合格是为了确保质量。按照设计标准用厚度检测仪检测，这一层瓦楞纸板进行三个面检测，三个面测出的数值相加再÷3就得出这个平均值，而平均值减去设计厚度的数值得出所相差的偏差值。得出的偏差值允许数值0.15-0.5之间来判断这个纸板厚度的合格率。合格率100%以下就是不合格。

Testing is performed using a thickness tester according to the design standards. Three surfaces of the corrugated cardboard layer are tested, and the average value is calculated by summing the three measured results and dividing by 3. The deviation value is obtained by subtracting the designed thickness from this average value.

The qualification rate of the cardboard thickness is judged based on the allowable deviation value range of 0.15 to 0.5. Any batch with a qualification rate below 100% is deemed unqualified.
