MLLT3 binds to TSS of genes active in CB-HSPC. MLLT3 was immunoprecipitated from sonicated chromatin (3.5 to 5M cells per IP). DNA was amplified with Nugen Ovation V2 kit and sequenced in single end 50bp in multiplexed run on an Illumina HiSeq4000 instrument.
