Expression_domain.ims: Imaging of a scFv-mNG-NLS x hbP2>Suntag-hb embryo in nc13 at expression domain level, in Imaris format. channels - 1: SunTag mRNA smFISH, 2: scFv-mNG, 3: DAPI. Microscopy settings as described in Vinter et al, Star Protocols 2021.
ng.tif and suntag.tif: High magnification imaging of a portion of the expression domain of a scFv-mNG-NLS x hbP2>Suntag-hb embryo, for calculation of ribosome number at translation sites. ng.tif is scFv-NG channel, suntag.tif is SunTag mRNA smFISH channel. Microscopy settings as described in Vinter et al, Star Protocols 2021.
