CLASSROOM PROJECT, PSYCHOSOCIAL SUPPORT IN COMMUNITY SETTINGS: “EDUCATIONAL DIALOGUES WITH COMMUNITY CHILDCARE CENTERS IN THE LADERA, CALI”

This proposal is framed as a pedagogical practice of Apropiación Social de la Ciencia, la Tecnología y la Innovación -ASCTI-, which seeks to interconnect, in an inter-institutional and interdisciplinary manner, joint actions among the Early Childhood program at the Universidad del Valle; Psychology program at the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia; Fundación Solecitos; and the Community Childcare Centers Brisas de Mayo. The aim is to cooperatively and collaboratively construct knowledge and contribute to the search for solutions to community issues in an area considered highly vulnerable, in the city of Cali.

The proposal focuses on contributing through training activities, workshops, and joint actions that positively impact the community of Brisas de Mayo, in the city of Cali, in favor of children using early childhood educational and protection services and their caregiver teachers.
