Quantitative Phase Images of PEG/Dextran aqueous two-phase system - Sample dataset for QPI Droplet Analysis

The purpose of this sample dataset is to provide a point of reference for new users of the QPI Droplet Analysis code (v.1.0.0) available at https://github.com/pmccall/QPI_Droplet_Analysis. By replicating the analysis locally and comparing to the results stored in this dataset, users can begin to gain familiarity with the code. This dataset contains quantitative phase imaging data in the form of 41-plane z-stacks acquired from two separate fields of view. These images are stored as .tiffs. The dataset also includes two .mat files containing the output of parts 1 and 2 of the QPI Droplet Analysis pipeline. Finally, the dataset also includes a plot of the refractive index difference between the individual dextran-rich droplets identified from the images and the surrounding PEG-rich phase.
