This dataset contains deidentified patient data supporting the manuscript published in the journal Frontiers in Epigenetics and Epigenomics in 2024. Patient demographic (age, sex), physiological (Cushing's Disease characterization), psychiatric (anxiety and depression scores), and epigenetic (DNA methylation status of CRF promoter) data are included.
