To our knowledge, there is a lack of studies that directly compare these indices between early onset preeclampsia and Late onset preeclampsia using both logistic regression and ROC curve analysis. This study aims to fill this gap by evaluating the predictive performance of NLR and SII in differentiating early onset preeclampsia from Late onset preeclampsia and assessing their potential as early diagnostic tools.
