Transcriptomic analysis on Brassinosteroid signaling mutants and activators in Arabidopsis

To analyze the transcriptional changes in genes regulating Brassinosteroid homeostasis in Arabidopsis, RNA-seq was performed on untreated 10-d-old Col-0 seedlings, a bri1 null mutant, and in bri1 complementation lines expressing either a wild-type BRI1 receptor, the BRI1sud1 gain-of-function allele, or a constitutively active, ligand-independent oBIR3-iBRI1 receptor chimera.
