Investigating the effect of reducing ketolytic capacity on the transcriptional profile of CD8 T cells responding to listeria infection in vivo Control (wt) or ketolysis-deficient (DKO) OT-I CD8+ T cells were adoptively transferred into C57BL/6 mice and infected with LmOVA. LmOVA-specific T cells were isolated from spleens of infected mice 7 days later and used for RNA extraction.
