Lineage-specific iPSC-Derived SMC Modeling Predicts Integrin Alpha-V Antagonism Reduces Aortic Root Aneurysm Formation in Marfan Syndrome Mice

Aortic single-cell RNA sequencing data from Fbn1C1041G/+ mice treated with GLPG0187 or vehicle control. Overall design: Fbn1C1041G/+ (Marfan syndrome) mice were treated with GLPG0187 (Integrin av inhibitor) or vehicle control daily from 6-16 weeks. Aortic tissue from 16-week-old mice was subjected to tissue digestion and single-cell RNA sequencing. Male and female replicate pools from each treatment were used, yielding 2 samples total.
