Changes of soil denitrification during acidification and global warming

Since the effect of acidification and warming on denitrification rate is still unclear, we studied the contribution of active microorganisms to denitrification rate at the transcriptome level. The results showed that the response of active microorganisms to temperature and pH was different, which affected the denitrification activity.
