The goal of this study was to identify transcriptional changes in SC-beta and SC-endothelial cells pre and post IFN-gamma stimulation. Specifically, to characterize the differential expression of immune cell ligands in these cells with respect to a partial inflammatory stimulus. SC-beta and SC-endothelial cells were differentiated from hESCs, enriched and treated with IFN-G. RNA-sequencing and differential gene expression analysis was performed.
