To reveal the 3D structure of viral genome RNA in flu virus virion, 3C-seq like analysis was performed. The virion was crosslinked by formaldehyde, and cut genome RNA partially by Nucelase. After ligation of genome RNAs, NGS was performed and the junction of ligated genome RNA was analyzed.
