IR monitoring of battery laser welding

This dataset includes data from two experimental campaigns carried out in the context of the ZELD-e project [https://zeld-e.eu/] during 2021 & 2022. Each experimental campaign includes data from a high-speed IR camera which monitors the welding of Al & Cu battery pouch-cell tabs and the corresponding measurements of the joints' electrical contact resistance and mechanical strength (tensile shear tests).
