This is plot data and barcode data for Zhang Melzer et al., 2024 "Synthetic DNA barcodes identify singlets in scRNA-seq datasets and evaluate doublet algorithms"<br><br>The zipped folder contains the following folders:<br>
<br>allBarcodeSheets
: subfolders are named by the dataset and contain files with cellID-barcode-sample where each row represents 1 UMI. This is the input for singletCode singlet counting.<br><br>
plotData
: subfolders are named by the analysis and contain files used to plot the data in them. Plotting instructions for every figure in the paper can be found in the plotScripts subfolder in "guideToPlotScripts.md" of the paper's GitHub.
<br><br>watermelon:
contains count matrices for the new Watermelon-barcoded scRNA-sequencing datasets generated in this study. <br>
<br>multiome
: contains fragments file and barcode sheet for new multiome datasets generated in this study.
