European Corn Borer amplicon sequencing of Z chromosome

We sequenced amplicon data from European Corn Borer moths with a focus on the Z (sex) chromosome. Samples were from populations in the Northeast United States that varied in phenotypes critical to reproductive isolation between emerging groups. The goal was to assess clustering, differentiation, and linkage disequilibrium between and within these populations in order to understand how reproductive barriers lead to genomic distinction.
