Description: This file presents the results of the expression quantitative trait loci (eQTLs) analyses for different scenarios (FDR < 0.01). It includes information on the eQTLs identified in each scenario, providing insights into the genetic variants associated with gene expression regulation. Furthermore, the information of the VEP is included to facilitate to understand the information about the cis- and trans-eQTLs.
