Literary data confirming the description of the clinical case:Childhood-onset Takayasu arteritis with severe vascular involvement and favorable long-term outcome: a 40-year follow-up case report

This dataset contains supporting literature for a clinical case report describing the long-term follow-up of a patient with pathologically diagnosed Takayasu syndrome arthritis over 40 years. The follow-up was initially conducted by Russian scientists and subsequently conducted at the patient's residence.  The presented data document the clinical course of the disease, diagnostic studies, therapeutic interventions, and clinical outcomes described in two published articles.

The literature review is intended to provide additional documentation for the corresponding clinical case and to enable independent assessment of the clinical observations described in the publication.Written informed consent for publication was obtained from the patient.
