Inverse modeling of herbicide fate and transport in rice paddies under varying water management

This repository contains all the scripts used in the reaseach article "Inverse modeling of herbicide fate and transport in rice paddies under varying water management", submitted to Science of the Total Environment. These R scripts are used to perform calibrate the PCPF-1R model, a pesticide fate and transport model. The input necessary to run the model (water balance and initial parameter values) are also provided. Note that the model itself can be requested to Kondo Kei.
