This collection contains raw and processed calcium imaging data relevant to zebrafish larvae mutant for the scn1lab gene, which serves as a model of autism spectrum disorder. The goal of this project is to determine whether and how sensory processing is altered in these animals, thus shedding light on sensory anomalies seen is a subset of autistic people.
