ScRNA seq data of human placental tissue and peripheral blood samples from the same donor

These scRNA seq data were a subset of dataset E-MTAB-6701 from EBI ArrayExpress, containing scRNA seq data of 6 placental samples and 2 peripheral blood samples from the same donor. Human placenta samples were obtained from the MRC-Wellcome Trust Human Developmental Biology Resource (HDBR, http://www.hdbr.org). ScRNA seq was performed with droplet-based encapsulation (using the 10x Genomics Chromium system) and the sequencing data were aligned and quantified using the Cell Ranger Single-Cell Software Suite (version 2.0, 10x Genomics against the GRCh38 human reference genome provided by Cell Ranger.
