Prokka annotations, Biosynthetic Gene Clusters (BGCs) and Antibiotic Resistance Genes (ARGs) from two Antarctic bacterial strains.

Two bacterial strains (AG3 and AT9) were isolated from an Antarctic anemone Urticinopsis antarctica. Draft whole genome sequences of the two strains were annotated using Prokka version 1.11, analysed for biosynthetic gene clusters (BGCs) using Antimicrobial Secondary Metabolite Analysis Shell version.7.0 (antiSMASH) and analysed for antibiotic resistance genes using Comprehensive Antibiotic Resistance Database (CARD) version 4.0.0 and Resistance Gene Identifier (RGI) version 6.0.3.
