This repository includes code and data to repeat analyses in "Territoriality modulates the coevolution of cooperative breeding and female song in songbirds" (2025) Nature Ecology and EvolutionData and code provided for the peer review process; full repository to be made public before publication. To replicate analyses: Runner_Script.R calls the other functions and runs the analyses presented in the manuscript with a smaller number of simulations and iterations, for the sake of example. See README.md for more information.
