资源简介:
Klebsiella pneumoniae is a common gram-negative bacterium that can cause various diseases in hospitals and communities. Studies have shown that the intestine acts as a primary reservoir for Klebsiella pneumoniae, with most infections stemming from this initial site of colonization, where it can breach the intestinal barrier and cause extraintestinal infections, and Klebsiella pneumoniae that colonizes the intestines can accelerate the development of inflammatory bowel disease and colorectal cancer. We utilized dual RNA sequencing to study the concurrent transcriptional responses of Klebsiella pneumoniae and intestinal epithelial cells during in vitro infection. It is hoped to explore more mechanisms of Klebsiella pneumoniae intestinal colonization and invasion.
