Total mRNA was prepared from T cells obtained after PHA- or ConA stimulation and cultured in the presence of IL-2. Semi-quantitative RT-PCR was run using the listed specific primers, and scoring of–to +++ was attributed based on the level of chemokine receptor mRNA in cells versus control rat spleen, all levels being normalized to that of beta-actin. ++ indicates levels comparable to that observed in the spleen.
