Biogeochemical Data From the Odyssée Saint-Laurent Oceanographic Campaign (August 2021) in the Lower Estuary and the Gulf of St. Lawrence

Biogeochemical data were collected from August 7 to 18 2021, on board the research vessel Coriolis II in the Lower Estuary and the Gulf of St. Lawrence.
This data set includes biogeochemical parameters analyzed in the laboratory from water samples, including chlorophyll a concentration, pigment concentrations, cell abundance, as well as total particulate and non-algal particulate absorption values. For the majority of the stations visited, water samples were collected at the surface and at a second depth in the water column, most often corresponding to the depth of the chlorophyll a maximum.
