Regulated proliferation of lymphocytes by rfNSCs-IDO in vivo.

Cervical lymph node samples were collected from animals of each group at 12 dpi. The number of T cells, B cells, activated T cells, and regulatory T cells isolated from sacrificed animals was quantitated by FACS analysis.
