Dataset on Primary Healthcare Satisfaction across Social Groups in the Visegrad Group Countries

The dataset contains anonymized survey data from 3,119 patients who evaluated their satisfaction with treatment and primary healthcare institutions in the Visegrad Group countries: the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia.The data were collected between January and April 2024 as part of a broader research project focused on evaluating the quality, effectiveness, accessibility, inclusiveness, and fairness of primary healthcare services. The dataset was used to develop and test a three-component fuzzy model for assessing patient satisfaction with primary healthcare across different social groups.Each row represents one anonymized patient. The dataset includes:1. assessments of 24 primary healthcare satisfaction criteria;2. seven formalized social characteristics;3. aggregated scores for six groups of evaluation criteria;4. normalized fuzzy membership values;5. an overall individual satisfaction assessment;6. social-group proximity measures used to rank patients according to a defined social-group profile.The study’s information model consists of six groups and 24 evaluation criteria, complemented by seven social characteristics.
