Legionella, Mycobacterium and Pseudomonas relative abundance in biofilms within different sampling period.

(A): For continuous sampling, biofilms were allowed to accumulate from month ranges 0–3, 3–8, 8–11, 11–13 months on tubing sections upstream and downstream of disinfection treatments. (B): For cumulative sampling, biofilms were allowed to accumulate from month ranges 0–3, 0–8, 0–11, 0–13 months on tubing sections upstream and downstream of disinfection treatments.
