SMC segment-capture model simulations

This dataset contains the necessary information supporting the findings of the study "Obstacle bypassing and intrinsically asymmetric loop extrusion in the segment-capture model of Structural Maintenance of Chromosomes complexes". The README.md file describes the data and scripts used for simulating SMC loop extrusion and for creating the figures in the paper.
