This dataset contains DTI and T1 datas for white matter network construction. Multiple system atrophy (MSA) is a progressive neurodegenerative disease characterized by dysautonomia and motor impairment, yet early diagnosis remains challenging. Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) offers a noninvasive method to explore white-matter network integrity and shows promise for the early diagnosis of MSA. Therefore, this study employed graph theoretical analysis to identify significant alterations in white-matter network regions, aiming to provide diagnostic biomarkers for MSA. This study included 39 MSA patients and 46 normal controls (NCs) and constructed the white-matter structural networks after T1-weighted imaging and DTI scanning. Graph theoretical analysis was performed by calculating global and nodal properties, within-module degree z-score (zi) and participation coefficient (yi).
