NSW Foundation Spatial Data Framework - Imagery Theme Profile

Imagery is the product created from the use of airborne, space borne or terrestrial sensors. These technologies image the surface of the Earth to allow for the visualisation of land surface features.\r\nImagery includes data sourced from satellite, aircraft and vehicle mounted sensors. These technologies have a range of capabilities that includes but is not limited to, the ability to record multispectral and hyperspectral data and produce products such as orthorectified mosaics and stereo-viewable imagery.
