The eCLIP dataset is an experimental protocol that measures the in vivo binding sites of RNA-binding proteins (RBPs) across the transcriptome. The eCLIP tracks in this dataset have been reprocessed using Peakhood to report the number of RBP-specific binding sites across two cell lines. The dataset includes configurations for two cell lines: hepg2 and k562, each with corresponding training set splits and data files.
