The morphological type of AM is known to be divided into two types depending on the host species: Arum- and Paris-type. To reveal the regulatory mechanisms underlying Paris-type AM symbiosis in Eustoma grandiflorum, we performed RNA-sequencing analysis. Total RNA was extracted from axenic E. grandiflorum shoots and roots treated with gibberellic acid A3 and Uniconazole-P. RNA-sequencing was conducted by using NovaSeq6000.
