Effects of PLOD2 knockdown on RNA expression in irradiated DU145 prostate cancer cells

This study investigates mRNA expression in the irradiated (conventionally fractionated) DU145-CF prostate adenocarcinoma cell line transfected with control or PLOD2 siRNA. The purpose of this study is to investigate changes in RNA expression after knockdown of PLOD2.
