This study explores the dynamic transcriptomic response of lettuce (Lactuca sativa cv. Green Oak Leaf) to inoculation with the endophytic bacterium Pseudomonas psychrotolerans strain IALR 632. RNA-seq was performed on 24 samples collected at three time points: 4, 10, and 15 days after transplanting (DAT) to capture temporal changes in gene expression associated with beneficial plant-microbe interactions. Differentially expressed genes were identified relative to untreated controls, providing insights into host regulatory mechanisms, stress responses, and potential growth-promoting effects induced by endophytic colonization.
