Liberibacter asiaticus RNA-seq

Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus (CLas) is one of the pathogens responsible for citrus greening disease, or Huanglongbing (HLB). CLas infection is transmitted through a psyllid host which feeds on nightshades. RNA-seq data were obtained both from the phloem of citrus plants in different cultivars and from Asian Citrus Psyllid (ACP) alimentary canals. Differential expression of genes make it better understanding the metabolic abilities of the pathogen from different hosts.
