This Zenodo record provides the processed datasets (CSV) and Python scripts used to reproduce the figures in the manuscript "Rapid speed control of traveling-wave ultrasonic motors using sensorless deep reinforcement learning" by Tatsuki Sasamura and Takeshi Morita, accepted for publication in Sensors and Actuators: A. Physical. Raw experimental data and training logs/model weights are not included due to confidentiality restrictions related to an industry collaboration. Data are released under CC BY 4.0; code is released under the MIT License.
