Genomic DNA is obtained from a library of Xenopus tropicalis that have been randomly mutagenised with ENU. Agilent SureSelect exon enrichment is used to pull down the exome for Illumina sequencing. Mutations are identified and nonsense and splice mutants will be analysed for phenotypes. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
