In order to explore the mechanism of continuous cropping obstacles and the response of rhizosphere soil microorganisms to continuous cropping of Tussilago farfara L., a combination of continuous cropping experiments and high-throughput sequencing technology was used to study the changes in rhizosphere soil fast-acting nutrient content, enzyme activity, and microbial community structure in different continuous cropping years.
