Sectional Title Scheme

Sectional title scheme involves ownership of common property in undivided shares. The owners in a sectional title development collectively form a body corporate responsible for the management and maintenance of the property. All spatial layers are served live from internal systems, an item's "Last Updated" or "Publish Date" refers to the Metadata only.区分所有权方案（Sectional Title Scheme）涉及按不可分割份额共有共用物业的产权关系。区分所有权开发项目中的业主共同组成法人团体，负责该物业的管理与维护工作。所有空间图层（spatial layers）均由内部系统实时提供服务，某一数据项的「最后更新时间」或「发布日期」仅对应其元数据（Metadata）。
