we will mainly explore the mechanism of the miRNA components in honeysuckle in the treatment of DSS-induced colitis. And in the present study, we showed that MIR2911 in honeysuckle can modulate the communities of microbiota directly via target gene regulation to ameliorate DSS-induced colitis.
