Seagrass CO2 emissions

Data used in preparation of Science Advances manuscript: "Calcification-driven CO2 emissions exceed “Blue Carbon” sequestration in a carbonate seagrass meadow""BA_combined_EC.csv" contains the eddy covariance dataset combined with matching in-water measurements"BA_PWSummary.xlsx" contains the porewater geochemical results that are presented in the model, and are used in the associated PROFILE model. "BA_SedWater_Fluxes.xlsx" presents calculated sediment-water fluxes for a variety of parameters, resulting from the flow-through incubations. "BA_solid_phase_summary.xlsx" reports geochemical measurements on solid-phase sediment collected during this study.
