资源简介:
Mice that transgenically express the RNA-dependent RNA polymerase from a picornavirus (RdRP-mice) exhibit quantitatively dramatic induction of numerous interferon stimulated genes (ISGs), but never develop autoimmune or autoinflammatory problems often associated with such activation. Here, we used RNA-seq to characterize the RdRP mouse transcriptome across development. We performed RNA-seq on 4 WT and 4 RdRP mice from each of 2 prenatal time points (E10.5 and E14.5), neonates, 2-week old juveniles, and 10-week old adults (40 samples). We found that ISG induction is mostly triggered early postnatally and is then maintained through adulthood.
