Transcriptome sequencing of Salvia miltiorrhiza under different concentrations of phosphate treatment

In order to investigate the effects of low phosphorus on the growth, development, and secondary metabolism of Salvia miltiorrhiza, and explore the response mechanism of Salvia miltiorrhiza to low phosphorus stress, we performed transcriptome sequencing on the roots and shoots of Salvia miltiorrhiza under different concentrations of phosphate treatment, enriched differential genes, screened genes that may be involved in Salvia miltiorrhiza's low phosphorus response, and performed expression analysis and functional validation on the screened genes.
