Microbiota of manure-fertilized soils on which leek and lollo rosso was grown. Manure was spiked with either a marker E. coli strain or treated with sulfadiazine at 2 time-points. We want to follow transmission of potential human pathogens and gain insight into AB resistance dynamics under agriculturally relevant conditions.
