A two-phase population trial with composite polyphenols intervention

This study firstly designed a two-phase population trial, comprising a pilot population (n = 151) to investigate the MP toxicity mechanisms and a 28-day randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial (n = 98) evaluating the effects of an intervention with composite polyphenols. Two-stage fecal samples were used for metagenomic sequencing.
